Cloud computing is the on-demand delivery of IT resources over the Internet with pay-as-you-go pricing. Just like your electricity is on-demand. Whenever you need it, you switch it on, use it and then turn it off. You just pay for the amount used. AWS is one such cloud provider and the largest one.
